Winchester Rotary Bonfire and Fireworks night
Millgate Winchester are proud to support the Winchester Bonfire and Fireworks night.
This year is the 60th Charity Winchester Bonfire & Fireworks and it is to be held on Saturday 3rd November 2018 at 6pm.
For the last 6o years, Winchester has come alive each November as we enjoy a spectacular Bonfire and Fireworks Display, brought to the people by volunteers from Winchester Round Table raising money for local charities.
Starting at 6pm on The Broadway by King Alfred’s Statue, the torchlit procession meanders its way through the historical streets of Winchester to the fields behind River Park.
At 7.15pm, the huge Bonfire is set alight, and at 7.45pm begins the Fireworks Spectacular.
The event is not run for profit, all profits to go to the Winchester Round Table Charitable Trust Fund to help local people who really need it. Last year the event raised over £65,000.
