Where do you purchase land?

Our main focus is Winchester and the surrounding area. We will also consider sites across Hampshire and in neighbouring counties.

What size of sites are you interested in?

Typically sites with planning permission for between 2 and 14 houses.

Do you purchase sites without planning permission?

We often agree to purchase sites subject to planning permission being obtained for a new development. We agree an option with the owner of the land and then finance the process of obtaining planning permission.

Do you undertake joint ventures with land owners?

Yes. We will consider a proposal which involves the land owner working with us through the development.

Do you sell properties off plan?

Yes. We are happy to talk to investors or potential occupiers about a property sale before the development is completed.

Do you undertake building works for private individuals or other companies?

No. We are totally focused on property development and the construction of new houses on sites we have purchased.
