At Millgate we concentrate on making sure all aspects of our new homes are designed, built and equipped to a standard that the new owner will be proud to own and live in.
We work closely with the NHBC and Local Authority Building Control during the build programme to guarantee all parts of the property comply with appropriate regulations.
We are always looking for new sites in Winchester and across Hampshire.
- We purchase plots of land with planning permission and build the approved flats and houses.
- We enter into option agreements with land owners and secure planning permission for development.
